MyBenefits
The MyBenefits platform is a digital platform offered by the Government of Ontario in Canada, which provides citizens with a centralized location to access information and services related to various government-funded benefits programs. The platform offers a range of services, including the ability to apply for benefits, check eligibility, view payment history, and update personal information.
The MyBenefits platform is designed to simplify the process of accessing government-funded benefits programs for Ontario citizens. Instead of having to navigate multiple government websites or make phone calls to access different programs, citizens can access all their benefit information in one place. The platform is also designed to be user-friendly and accessible, with clear instructions and support available to help users navigate the application process

Usability Testing
I led usability testing for the MyBenefits prototype, facilitating sessions with social assistance recipients across Ontario. I guided users through key tasks to identify pain points, evaluate platform accessibility, and gather actionable feedback to drive iterative design improvements.

UX Deliverable
Integrated design methodologies in Agile delivery teams through bi-weekly sprint cycles, accelerating feedback and design iteration timelines by approximately 20–30%. Spearheaded province-wide client usability testing on interactive prototypes with 15 end-users across Ontario, conducting field research to identify user pain points and align product capabilities with exact business needs, identified 3 critical drop-off points. Developed and governed design system components, patterns, and standards that streamlined workflows and accelerated product delivery across multiple platforms.
